During Domestic Violence Awareness month, several events will be held during October to raise domestic violence awareness.  Each event will bring residents of Hillsborough County together to take a stand against domestic violence and bring peace to the community.

Since purple is the color of domestic violence, we ask that you wear your favorite purple attire during October and when attending Peace It Together events to show your support for peace.

The 19th Annual Gift of Peace Breakfast for The Spring joins together leaders from Tampa Bay's business and civic communities as well as law enforcement agencies. This powerful and moving event challenges over 800 influential men and women to prevent domestic violence, protect victims, and change our communities.This year, we are honored to have as our keynote speaker Ted Bunch - founder of A Call to Men, a leading national organization addressing men's violence against women.
